More from CBU

Here are a few more portraits for the up and coming design brochure for CBU. These two are the deans of the department and we had a great time shooting.

After we shot them we got to shoot an amazing young woman.... Tiana Falls. She is 14 years old and races motocross. I will have some more shots of her from on the track. Stay tuned.

More from New York

Here are a few more images....
Yesterday I got to shoot Greg Laurie. He is such an amazing guy and we had a blast shooting. He is here in New York for their annual crusade tour. Read more about the Harvest Crusades here.

I also got to run around with the tilt shift. Its always fun to use when there are crowds and cities.

New York Bokeh

Well I am here in New York and am having a blast... although I miss my wife a ton! Its the first time I have traveled since being married. I will be excited to come back to California. Here are a few more I am adding to the bokeh collection. I love the lights here. More to come! Enjoy the weekend!

Tuesday

Here is a sunset I shot in New Zealand. I loved it there. I stumbled across it and felt in a random mood so I posted it. Haha. I have been having fun going through my archives of images and pulling out some that slipped by my radar.

On another completely different random note....my good friend Dirk showed me this awesome application for the iPhone that applies different filters on your images that you have on your phone. Its called Camera Bag. You can find it on the top application list here. Here are a few I have. The only Photoshop used was to make the grid itself.

Enjoy the day!

Personal Projects

My buddy Nick has always pushed the importance of doing work that you enjoy and not to just because you are getting paid for it. There is a huge balance in turning a profit and investing in our art. I want to echo this. The truth is this...we can all get really busy with commissioned work and forget what it is like to pick up a camera and go capture a moment just because we love shooting. I encourage you all to invest in yourselves.... it really is important! Enjoy your day!
